Le champagne Delamotte est bien connu pour sublimer ce cpage noble qu'est le chardonnay. Les vins effervescents qu'ils produisent sont subtils, parfums et ariens. Leur vivacit et leur grande dlicatesse leur permettent de s'inviter vos apritifs comme vos repas gastronomiques.
Histoire du domaine
Fonde en 1760, cette grande maison champenoise produit des vins d'une qualit constante. Associe au prestigieux champagne Salon, Delamotte partage la mme quipe, le mme chef de cave et les mmes ambitions, produire un champagne de garde, lgant et vif.
Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize, Oger sont les terres de prdilection du chardonnay. Ce cpage tendre, confront dans la Cte des Blancs un terroir tourment, trouve ici la parfaite combinaison pour que sa fracheur et sa complexit se maintiennent dans la longvit.

It is clear, round and spicy on the predominantly fruity and vinous nose with its delicate chalk and hazelnut flavors. On the palate this is a lithe, finessed, fresh and elegant Brut with good structure and a pure, salty-mineral and cleansing finish. The mousse is highly delicate, the whole performance almost filigreed yet well structured. This is a delicious Brut.

Well-knit and balanced, this sleek Champagne offers notes of fresh-cut apple, smoky mineral, biscuit and preserved lemon on the fine, lacy mousse.

Some reductive, almost meaty notes here with an array of toasted-nut and nougat aromas. The palate has attractive lemons and white peaches in a fleshy, flavorsome and fruit-focused style.

Creamy, rich, full and generous. As reliable and tasty as ever, though it actually seems a bit light following the Wiston Estate range. Has more of a malolactic creaminess.
Notation Burghound
An overtly yeasty nose reflects attractive notes of brioche and freshly baked bread along with whiffs of apple, citrus and pear. The full-flavored, indeed bold palate impression is delicious and generous if not especially refined (though certainly not rustic), while offering solid depth and persistence. This is one of those nicely complex and reasonably dry examples that is almost gulpable in the best sense of the term. Entirely satisfying if not sophisticated.
